Honestly have had an amazing experience today! Gabby was very attentive and helpful and always observed our table and was straight over to top up our water and wine! You need more waiters like her

Great spot to escape the hustle of London city especially with the rooftop pool. It’s quite busy in the day but you should be able to grab a seat especially if for a meal.

Went to 180 Strand with a friend who has a membership. Very cozy interior and each floor has a very different vibe. All very cool and artsy🔥 I particularly loved the top floor with the swimming pool with the nice view from top. In terms of food, I ordered Burrata, Seabass with sweet potato fries and sticky toffee pudding. - Seabass Meh 3/5⭐️ - Burrata 5/5⭐️ - Sticky toffee pudding 5/5⭐️

Gorgeous space. The service was TERRIBLE. Had to track down the server two or three times, who was ignoring us for the group of young women at the table next to us, but otherwise we had a lovely time. Drinks and flat bread aubergine dip was amazing.

Service amazing 🤩 Location and decor fantastic 🤩 Food ….. 😳👎🏽 I can’t believe that the chips are drenched in salt 🧂 actually inedible ! Chef come on !! The feta salad 🥗 wasn’t a salad at all and the dessert I had wasn’t great. Unfortunately who ever is cooking needs to look again at the menu and the standard. Because you are letting it all down 😣❗️

Awful experience today with an extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive receptionist as you walk into the building on the strand. Not the type of welcome any decent place in London should be giving to guests and especially not a members club. Impolite, dismissive, and chatting on her own phone to someone else whilst making us feel extremely welcome. Appalling. If anyone reads this, she was young and blond and I would recommend giving her some training on how to behave. Not a nice start to a morning especially when you have travelled quite far with kids. I expect better. Better places everywhere in London which don’t make you feel like you’re a nuisance. Don’t waste your time and money. Staff clearly feel that they have reasons for snobbery which in my view is totally unacceptable.

The best place to see New Year's fireworks among the Soho Houses doesn't necessarily mean it's a good spot. Only the people standing at the odd corners can see the fireworks from afar. And they really can take away the umbrellas on the terrace that are blocking the view.

Atmosphere and exterior 10/10 - lovely interior, very stylish with beautiful colours and materials ; food 6/10 - decent sized portions, I would compare to pub/ bistro food; service 6/10 - attentive but clunky and a bit odd. Considering that we had made it through the front desk to the restaurant on the 8th floor where we had a reservation for dinner, I thought it odd that my friend (a member) was asked to show her membership app before we were allowed to place our dinner order.
